BOSS Cybernetics ("BOSS," "BOSS Cybernetics," "we," "our," or "us") provides customer relationship management (CRM), event management, lead management, communication, scheduling, booking, contract, invoice, payment processing, and business automation tools for venues, event professionals, vendors, couples, clients, and related users.

This page combines the BOSS Cybernetics privacy policy, platform terms, user disclosures, messaging disclosures, third-party integration disclosures, account deletion information, and general terms of use into one consolidated policy. By accessing or using the BOSS Cybernetics website, mobile app, platform, services, integrations, or related tools, you agree to this policy and these terms.

1. Introduction to BOSS Cybernetics

BOSS Cybernetics is a comprehensive platform designed for wedding venues, event venues, couples, vendors, and event professionals. The platform is built to help users manage leads, event details, bookings, appointments, contracts, invoices, reminders, payments, communication, calendars, team coordination, and business workflows in one place.

Upon registration, users may receive account setup instructions by email. Account access may require secure credentials, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you knowingly provide to us, information entered into the BOSS platform by users, and certain information collected automatically when you use our websites, apps, integrations, or services.

Information you provide

• Name, email address, phone number, business name, role, and contact details.
• Venue, vendor, client, couple, lead, event, appointment, booking, contract, invoice, payment, and project information.
• Messages, notes, reminders, documents, uploaded files, images, profile photos, event photos, and user-generated content.
• Information submitted through websites, forms, landing pages, Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Forms, chat tools, surveys, or other connected services.
• Information needed to process bookings, service requests, appointments, payments, contracts, invoices, and platform communications.

Information collected automatically

• Device ID, device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, and usage activity.
• App activity, login activity, integration activity, calendar sync activity, messaging activity, and platform performance data.
• Cookies, analytics data, tracking pixels, and similar technologies used to improve performance, security, marketing, and user experience.

Mobile app permissions

The BOSS mobile app may request permission to access camera, photos, files, storage, notifications, contacts, calendars, or other device functionality when such access is needed for platform features. For example, users may upload a profile image, event image, document, contract, notice, or other file from a device gallery or camera. These permissions are requested through the device or app store permission process.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, support, secure, personalize, and improve the BOSS Cybernetics platform and related services.

• Provide CRM, booking, scheduling, calendar, lead management, contract, invoice, payment, and communication tools.
• Authenticate user identity and protect users, accounts, and platform data.
• Respond to inquiries, support requests, service requests, and account-related needs.
• Send confirmations, appointment reminders, booking notices, contract notices, invoice notices, payment notices, system alerts, and business communications.
• Sync information with connected services such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Stripe, Twilio, payment processors, email systems, calendar tools, and other integrations selected or used by the user.
• Analyze usage, test features, improve platform performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud, and maintain security.
• Provide relevant marketing, updates, product announcements, or service-related communications where permitted by law.

You may choose not to provide certain information, but doing so may prevent you from using some platform features.

4. Lead Forms, Event Requests, and Communications

When you submit an inquiry, event request, booking request, form, survey, or lead form through BOSS Cybernetics or a connected website, you authorize BOSS Cybernetics and the relevant venue, vendor, professional, or customer to contact you using the information you provided.

You agree that communications may occur by phone, email, mail, app notification, SMS/text message, instant message, or other reasonable means related to your inquiry, event request, appointment, booking, account, or platform use.

You promise that information you provide is accurate, current, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. If information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, BOSS Cybernetics may refuse, limit, or terminate current or future access to the platform.

5. Platform Messaging and SMS Disclosure

By submitting an event request, using the platform, or providing your phone number, you agree that BOSS Cybernetics, venues, vendors, professionals, customers, or connected service providers may send informational SMS/text messages related to normal business operations. These may include appointment reminders, inquiry follow-ups, booking confirmations, contract notices, invoice reminders, payment notices, system alerts, or other service-related messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of SMS messages where supported by replying STOP or following the provided unsubscribe instructions. Reply HELP where supported for assistance. Opting out of SMS messages may impact your ability to receive important appointment, booking, contract, invoice, or account communications.

BOSS Cybernetics and its affiliates may view, store, access, process, and disclose messages exchanged through the BOSS messaging platform as needed to provide services, support users, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, enforce terms, comply with law, or protect the platform.

6. Third-Party Integrations

BOSS Cybernetics may connect with third-party platforms and service providers when users enable integrations, submit information through connected tools, or use features requiring third-party services.

Examples may include Facebook, Instagram, Meta lead forms, Google services, Google Calendar, Stripe, payment processors, Twilio, email providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, CRM tools, website forms, and other business tools.

Information shared with third-party providers is used to deliver requested services, operate integrations, process payments, send communications, synchronize data, improve functionality, or maintain platform security. BOSS Cybernetics does not control third-party websites, apps, platforms, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Google Calendar Sync

If you connect Google Calendar or another calendar service to BOSS Cybernetics, we may access, display, create, update, or synchronize calendar event information as necessary to provide scheduling, booking, availability, reminders, and calendar management features. Calendar data is used only to support the features you enable or request.

Facebook and Instagram integrations

If you connect Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Pages, lead forms, or related tools, BOSS Cybernetics may receive and process page, lead, form, campaign, contact, and message information needed to provide lead management, follow-up, and CRM functionality.

Stripe and payment integrations

If you use payment features, payment-related information may be processed by Stripe or other payment providers. BOSS Cybernetics may store transaction records, invoice details, payment status, customer records, and related platform information, but payment processors may independently collect and process financial information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Payment Disputes

BOSS Cybernetics may allow users to pay for goods or services provided by venues, vendors, professionals, or customers through the BOSS website, app, or services. BOSS Cybernetics is not responsible for the goods, services, performance, availability, pricing, discounts, taxes, or promises of any venue, vendor, professional, or customer.

Disputes about goods or services must be addressed directly with the applicable venue, vendor, professional, or customer. If a dispute concerns the amount charged through the BOSS platform, contact BOSS Cybernetics promptly with documented proof of the issue.

If BOSS Cybernetics does not receive documented notice of a payment issue within ten (10) days after payment, the purchase may be considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law.

8. Information Sharing

BOSS Cybernetics does not sell personal information. We may share information as described in this policy and as needed to operate the platform.

• With venues, vendors, professionals, customers, couples, team members, or account users involved in the relevant inquiry, booking, event, service request, or account.
• With service providers that help us provide hosting, email, SMS, analytics, support, payment processing, data storage, security, communication, and business operations.
• With third-party integrations selected, enabled, or used by account owners or platform users.
• When required to comply with law, subpoena, legal process, government request, fraud prevention, security enforcement, or protection of rights, property, users, employees, or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or other business transaction involving BOSS Cybernetics.

If ownership or control of BOSS Cybernetics or certain assets changes, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Users may be notified where required by law.

9. User Rights, Access, Correction, and Account Deletion

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting BOSS Cybernetics at info@bosscybernetics.com.

Users may modify certain account information by logging into the platform and accessing available account, profile, team, lead, subscriber, class, or settings features.

10. Security and Data Retention

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no website, app, transmission, storage system, or security method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, support users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, keep business records, and improve services.

11. The Services and Platform Role

BOSS Cybernetics is committed to providing a seamless experience for wedding venues, couples, vendors, professionals, customers, and event businesses. The platform may offer services including professional directories, direct communication, instant messaging, appointment scheduling, lead management, contracts, invoices, payments, reminders, calendars, and event workflows.

BOSS Cybernetics facilitates these interactions but is not responsible for the direct actions, availability, pricing, performance, promises, quality, or services of vendors, venues, professionals, customers, or other third parties.

No guarantees or endorsements

Although we may take certain steps to review credentials or platform access, BOSS Cybernetics makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the skills, quality, availability, pricing, or performance of any venue, vendor, professional, customer, or third party. BOSS Cybernetics does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular professional, venue, vendor, or customer.

Contracting through the platform

Quotes, offers, discounts, service descriptions, packages, pricing, and appointments displayed or communicated through BOSS Cybernetics are provided for informational or operational purposes and may be controlled by the applicable venue, vendor, professional, or customer. To contract for services, users must work directly with the applicable service provider. BOSS Cybernetics is not a party to those agreements unless expressly stated in writing.

Release from damages or claims

If you have a dispute with any venue, vendor, professional, customer, or third-party provider, you must address that dispute directly with the applicable party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release BOSS Cybernetics and its officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, consequential damages, and incidental damages arising out of or connected with such disputes or dealings.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse BOSS Cybernetics, its websites, apps, services, data, code, content, or systems. You may not use BOSS Cybernetics to scrape data, copy platform content, reverse engineer features, recreate or compete with the platform, solicit or harass users, interfere with service operation, commit fraud, spam users, bypass security, or use automated tools such as robots, spiders, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies without permission.

If BOSS Cybernetics determines or suspects that you are misusing the platform, attempting to bypass systems, scraping content, hacking, spamming, jamming, infiltrating systems, committing fraud, or using the platform for inappropriate purposes, BOSS Cybernetics may terminate or restrict access without notice and may pursue legal remedies.

13. User-Generated Content

Users may upload, submit, post, store, send, or display content through BOSS Cybernetics, including photographs, images, comments, questions, answers, reviews, messages, notes, documents, files, contracts, event details, and other information (collectively, "Content").

By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, consents, and releases to provide that Content and allow its use through the platform.

You grant BOSS Cybernetics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, process, transmit, distribute, print, publish, and otherwise use your Content as needed to operate, support, improve, promote, secure, and provide the platform and related services.

Content guidelines

BOSS Cybernetics may edit, refuse, remove, restrict, or decline to display Content that violates this policy or that we determine is inappropriate. Prohibited Content may include offensive, harmful, abusive, obscene, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, false, misleading, illegal, unrelated, low-value, disparaging, or otherwise inappropriate material.

14. Reviews, Ratings, Profiles, and Directories

Professional profiles, venue profiles, vendor profiles, ratings, and reviews may be self-reported or submitted by users. BOSS Cybernetics does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of profile information, reviews, ratings, credentials, claims, licenses, registrations, or service descriptions.

All ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of the users who submit them and do not reflect the opinions or representations of BOSS Cybernetics. BOSS Cybernetics disclaims responsibility for reviews, ratings, profile claims, or resulting disputes.

15. Dispute Resolution Assistance

While BOSS Cybernetics cannot guarantee the work performed by a listed venue, vendor, professional, or customer, we may, upon request and at our discretion, provide limited assistance in helping parties communicate about disputes. Such assistance does not make BOSS Cybernetics responsible for the underlying dispute, service, payment, agreement, or outcome.

Users agree to participate in good faith if they seek dispute assistance. Limited assistance does not nullify any release, limitation of liability, indemnification, or other protection described in these terms.

16. Communication Recording and Monitoring

You acknowledge and agree that BOSS Cybernetics may monitor, store, access, process, or record communications between you and BOSS Cybernetics, and communications transmitted through the platform, as permitted by law and as needed for service delivery, support, quality assurance, training, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and platform improvement.

17. Articles, Educational Content, and Platform Content

BOSS Cybernetics may provide articles, blog posts, templates, examples, educational resources, videos, FAQs, documents, graphics, and other content related to event planning, business operations, venues, vendors, CRM systems, lead management, or related topics. Such content is provided "as is" for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

18. Links to Third-Party Sites

BOSS Cybernetics websites, apps, or services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, platforms, products, or services. These third-party sites are not under the control of BOSS Cybernetics. We are not responsible for their content, security, functionality, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not imply endorsement by BOSS Cybernetics. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site or service before using it.

19. Intellectual Property and Restrictions

BOSS Cybernetics respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright or intellectual property rights have been infringed, contact us at info@bosscybernetics.com.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, imitate, deep-link, scrape, index, crawl, monitor, or use any BOSS Cybernetics logo, graphic, code, sound, image, design, layout, software, document, or content for unauthorized purposes.

Documents and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BOSS Cybernetics may make improvements, updates, or changes to products, services, programs, documents, content, or platform features at any time.

20. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOSS Cybernetics disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and uninterrupted operation. The platform, services, documents, graphics, integrations, and content are provided "as is" and "as available."

BOSS Cybernetics is not liable for damages, losses, claims, disputes, errors, interruptions, delays, data loss, service provider actions, third-party actions, venue or vendor performance, customer disputes, payment disputes, or consequential and incidental damages except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy and Terms page at any time by posting a revised version on the BOSS Cybernetics website or app. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy and terms.
